Frequently Asked Questions

Your first step at Prime Petsitting is to schedule a Meet and Greet. I will come to your home to visit with you and your pet(s) to better understand their routines and their likes and dislikes to ensure that they are completely comfortable while you are away! There is no charge for the Meet and Greet. When you choose to book with me, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% will be due to guarantee your spot.

Things can come up, and I want to be as accommodating as possible.  If you are late coming home and do not notify me, you will be charged a late arrival fee of $25. If you provide me with 4 hours advanced notice, you will not be charged the fee. . If you need me to stay additional days, it will be an additional full daily service fee.

I will make an exception in the event of a medical emergency.

If a severe storm, tornado, hurricane, or flooding event prevents you from coming home, I will stay to ensure your pets are safe; however, you will be charged for additional days and need to reimburse me for any pet expenses.

In addition to your housesitting/drop-in pets, all of these pets are free of charge! 

Farm pet(s) prices are based on an individual basis.

You can pay with cash, or I can send you a Square invoice, Cash App, or Venmo.  I no longer accept PayPal or personal checks for payment.

Payments must be paid at the start of the petsitting service dates. This means I must have the payment sent to me on the start date of the petsitting job, or you can leave Cash for when I arrive. If there are any expenses related to your pet's care, such as dog food or other items for your pet(s) you will be invoiced to reimburse me.
